Two mandatory waivers (below) will need to be filled out for each individual attending Winter Chill 2020:

1. Perfect North Waiver: https://www.perfectnorth.com/waivers
This can be filled out and submitted on-line OR printed and then filled out and turned in the night of the event.
2. The Dayspring Church Liability Form:

Cost is $30 which includes:

• The 2 hour tubing lift ticket
• Pizza upon our return to Dayspring
• Easy breakfast in the morning

We'll plan to have a basketball tournament, volleyball tournament, ping pong tournament, inflatables, movies and plenty of new faces for your students to meet and connect with.

To participate in skiing, snowboarding or snow tubing at Perfect North Slopes, participants should refer to waiver release forms .

Schedule of the Night's Events:

• Parent Drop-off at Dayspring Church 8:00pm (see location map)
• Tubing at Perfect North 9pm - 12am and then back to Dayspring for games, movies, food and inflatable axe throwing
• Parent Pick-up at Dayspring at 8:00am
